"Yeah, it was a good trip. Porcupine Rim is (and I'm not exaggerating here) a life-changing ride. Of course, it wouldn't have been nearly as fun without your help the last 4 months. In this particular group, there are usually 3 hammerheads and 4 fat daddies. Now there are only 3 fat daddies (smiles).
My friend Chris, who I've known and ridden with for 10 years or more, commented on one ride, "You are so conspicuously stronger this trip that I don't even recognize you on the bike. You're wasting me on the climbs and even beating me at my own game on the downhills." And this is coming from a friend who HAS been training for this trip...but doing it on his own. I've gotta say, the intensity work really paid off in terms of giving me a "passing gear" on the tough climbs and the core work kept me out of a lot of trouble on the fast descents. Thanks!!!"

"I can't speak highly enough about Dave Grigsby and Everybodysbikecoach.com. Dave and I worked together for 2 years, and I can say with all honesty....I achieved levels in my performance which I previously never felt possible. Through working with Dave, I then became interested in coaching myself, and have since attained my own USA Cycling coaching certification. Through that coaching education.....I now realize just how great of a coach Dave really is. They teach you that there are good coaches, better coaches, then there's COMPLETE coaches. And Dave is clearly in the latter category. Furthermore, not only does Dave offer an unsurpassed level of personal service to his clients, he's a first class individual as well. Bottom line....I can't recommend a coach more highly than Dave."

"Coach, it has been a good season, achieving my 3 main aims - win club 25 champs, and club records at 50 miles and 100 miles. Many thanks for all your efforts. I couldn't have done it without your guidance!"

"I contacted Dave and started a structured training program in January of 2005. The first year was
remarkable in the strides I had made. I lost weight, got stronger and faster and became one of the fast riders. I participated in numerous events including the Triple Bypass in Colorado (120 miles and 10,000' of climbing). Bottom line, I am thrilled spitless with this year! I could not realistically have asked for more.
I have developed a bit of a local reputation as a strong, intense, and "relentless" rider.."

"I did the World's Largest Bike Race this weekend, The Cape Argus. I flew 2,000 km for this race. There were 39,000 participants. It is a 109 km race. The wind was very strong and a lot of people made accidents because they could not keep their bicycles upright. We had to wait 10 minutes on Chapman's Peak due to a lady driving over the cliff. I finished the race in 3h 45m 25s. That includes the 10 minute waiting time. Everybody's time was 15 minutes slower than the previous year. My previous time was 4h 04m!!! WOW! Thanks Coach Dave!"
